When can I expect my order to ship?

After you have placed an order, our team proceeds to work around the clock to deliver services as soon as possible. Orders are usually processed and shipped as early as 1-2 business days. For your convenience, a confirmation email containing a shipping confirmation will be sent to you with a tracking number some time after your order has been dispatched. 

This allows you to track your order in real-time with dynamic updates.

The estimated time of completion for any order differs based on the delivery address and the selected shipping option. Most of the time, the domestic orders takes an average of [insert time frame, e.g. 3-7 Business Days], but this can change due to the address and customs. International orders generally take a longer time based on the geographical region.

Delivery time

For domestic orders, we estimate a fulfillment time of 3-7 business days while for international orders we estimate a fulfillment time of 7-21 business days.

We normally take 1-2 business days to process orders depending on the shipping method selected. We also take into account the region from where the order is being shipped. The delivery time may differ due to some external reasons which we do not have control over, such as holidays or bad weather.

Tracking

Shipping confirmation emails will be sent out containing tracking numbers after dispatch. Your tracking number allows you to monitor your order on the carrier’s website.
