Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To return an item, it must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging.
We do not accept returns for the following items:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Newspapers or magazines
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids and gases
Additional non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, only partial refunds are granted. This includes:
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Books with obvious signs of use
Opened CD, DVD, VHS, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error
Late or missing refunds
If you’re waiting for your refund, here’s what we suggest you do:
Look Up Your Bank Account: On certain occasions, refunds can require a couple of business days before becoming visible. Consider checking your bank account again, especially if you recently processed the refund.
Get in Touch with Your Credit Card Company: Typically, the posting of refunds takes some time. A credit card company takes longer to post refunds. Please reach out to them to verify if they have processed any refunds.
Reach Out to Your Bank: If any pending refunds are still not received, the banks could still have additional days devoted to the processing of some time. Please call your bank to inquire about the status of your refund.
Still No Results? You are welcome to reach out to us if we have not received a refund after completing these steps. After you complete these steps, we will do our best to assist you in tracking the refund and resolving any issues.
Sale items
We only offer refunds for regular-priced items. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item, please contact us with details, and we’ll assist you with the process.
Gifts
In the case when the purchased item is marked as a “gift,” and it is shipped directly to you, the value of the return will be compensated through credit. We will issue a gift certificate to you that matches the value of the return once the item is received.
If the purchased item does NOT contain a gift mark, and the giver does not have the order shipped to them for later gifting, then the refund will go directly to the one who paid for the gift. Both the return and refund will be processed, and they will be notified accordingly.
Shipping returns
To return your product, please contact us for return instructions and to obtain the appropriate address.
You will need to pay the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
For more expensive items, we recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of your product. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
